We take care of the entire permitting process directly with the Village of Wellington building department. We also provide the site plans, engineering drawings, and documents needed to make your HOA architectural review quick and hassle-free. [ How long does pool construction or remodeling typically take in Wellington? ](#collapse-3ee3c476ac64565cc6f0) A standard custom pool build typically takes **8 to 16 weeks** once permits are approved, depending on complexity and custom features. Remodels (like resurfacing, re-tiling, and equipment upgrades) usually take **2 to 4 weeks**. We provide a detailed timeline upfront so you always know what to expect. [ Can you build pools on large equestrian estates or acreage properties? ](#collapse-c230e696ac64565cc6f0) Absolutely. Wellington is known for luxury equestrian properties and expansive lots. We specialize in custom site layouts that account for property setbacks, drainage, stable proximity, and existing landscape features to design a pool that complements your estate. [ What is the difference between a pool facelift and a full remodel? ](#collapse-e8087a86ac64565cc6f0) A facelift typically focuses on cosmetic updates, like new waterline tile and interior resurfacing. A complete remodel transforms the pool entirely—which can include adding a built-in spa, tanning ledges, water features, reshaping the pool, expanding the deck, and upgrading to energy-efficient smart equipment. [ Can I see what my new or remodeled pool will look like before construction begins? ](#collapse-86750726ac64565cc6f0) Yes. We create a custom, photorealistic 3D design of your backyard before breaking ground. This allows you to explore different finishes, water features, lighting, and deck layouts to ensure every detail is perfect before work starts. [ Can you add a spa or water features to my existing pool during a remodel? ](#collapse-de4d6766ac64565cc6f0) Yes. Remodeling is the ideal time to add custom water features (such as sheer descents, bubblers, or scuppers) or integrate a brand-new spa into your existing layout. ### How to find us from Wellington, FL Check below for driving directions from these popular nearby landmarks.
