The Project

An architectural composition of water, fire, glass tile, and custom limestone.

Designed in collaboration with KWD Landscape Architecture, this contemporary custom pool brings together the warmth of fire, the movement of water, and the clarity of modern architecture. The 36,066-gallon pool is finished entirely in Luv Tile glass mosaic and anchored by an 18-inch-raised champagne-style spa. A sunken fire lounge creates an inviting gathering space within the pool composition, while a 15-foot custom waterwall establishes a bold architectural focal point. Custom limestone coping provides a refined edge treatment throughout. After sunset, 19 Jandy LED lights and four laminar deck jets add dimension, reflection, and energy to the outdoor environment.

Raised Champagne-Style Spa

Measuring 9'4" x 9'10" and elevated 18 inches, the champagne-style spa becomes a distinctive architectural element within the pool layout.

The 12' x 13' recessed fire lounge sits 36 inches below the surrounding elevation, creating a striking gathering area within the water-focused design.

A custom waterwall measuring 15 feet long, 4 feet tall, and 3 feet 6 inches wide adds texture, motion, and a dramatic visual backdrop.

The entire pool interior is finished in Luv Tile 1" x 3" Inkjet Sparkle Breeze glass tile, paired with custom limestone pavers for a consistent, refined edge treatment.
